fr.vietnamplus.vn) - Le Comité populaire de Hanoi vient d'approuver la planification du développement de ses infrastructures de communication pour la période 2011-2015, dont le budget est prévu de plus de 153.000 milliards de dôngs.
D'ici au 2e trimestre 2012, Hanoi accélérera l'aménagement du développement de son transport fluvial, de son réseau ferroviaire, de ses voies publiques et de ses parkings. Sont ainsi prévus l'achèvement de la nationale 32 (Diên-Nhôn), l'axe Nhât Tân-Nôi Bài, la nationale 1A (pont Chui-pont Duông, Van Diên-Ngoc Hôi et Ngoc Hôi-périhérique 4), la nationale 2 (Phu Lô-Nôi Bài), la nationale 6 (Ba La-Yên Nghia-Xuân Mai), pont Vinh Tuy-Sài Dông, Yên Viên, Ninh Hiêp. Sans oublier le lancement des chantiers de la nationale 5 (Sài Dông-Hung Yên), de l'axe Tây Thang Long et de la route Hoàng Quôc Viêt prolongée.
Les périphériques qui sont en cours d'achèvement contribueront à établir une nouvelle physionomie du réseau de communication de la capitale. Les nouvelles lignes urbaines permettront de réduire les embouteillages, notamment celles de Van Cao-lac de l'Ouest, Cat Linh-La Thành, La Thành-Thai Hà-Lang, Kim Ma-Trân Phu, Nui Truc-Son Tây…
Plusieurs ponts seront construits comme Dông Trù, Nhât Tân et Phù Dông 2, sans omettre la réfection de 35 anciens autres. Selon la planification précitée, Hanoi attribuera une partie du parc foncier nécessaire pour la création de parkings en zone urbaine ainsi que pour la construction des périphériques 2 et 3. Une priorité sera accordée pour la construction de 40 parkings à étages ou souterrains.
Par ailleurs, le développement des infrastructures de communication en zone rurale se trouve dans le cadre du programme d'édification d'une nouvelle campagne.
Lors des conférences sur les mesures contre les embouteillages, le développement du réseau de transport public a été considéré comme une première priorité afin de diminuer l'emploi des moyens de transport individuel.
Pour atteindre cet objectif, Hanoi achèvera la ligne de bus Kim Ma-Hà Dông et construira six nouvelles stations d'autobus à Son Tây, Dông Anh, Yên Nghia (Hà Dông), Câu Buou (Thanh Tri), Gia Thuy (Long Biên) et Hoà Lac. Sera accélérée la construction des rails urbains de Nhôn-gare de Hanoi, Cat Linh-Hà Dông et Ngoc Hôi-Yên Viên.
