Le Premier ministre Nguyên Tân Dung a affirmé soutenir la signature de la 4e phase de l'Initiative commune Vietnam-Japon.

En recevant, le 1er juillet à Hanoi, Kato Susumu, président du Comité de coopération économique Vietnam-Japon, relevant de la Fédération des organisations économiques du Japon (Keidanren), en visite de travail au Vietnam, le chef du gouvernement a salué les aides japonaises dans la modernisation de la douane, la coopération dans le partenariat public-privé (PPP), le développement de l'industrie auxiliaire, la formation des ressources humaines ainsi que le développement durable et la protection de l'environnement.

Le Premier ministre Nguyên Tân Dung a exprimé sa joie devant le développement des relations de partenariat et de coopération dans tous les secteurs, soulignant que le Japon reste le premier partenaire et bailleur de fonds du Vietnam. Se félicitant du maintien des aides publiques japonaises au développement pour le Vietnam, il a indiqué que le gouvernement vietnamien avait demandé aux ministères et branches de bien appliquer les accords signés durant la récente visite du Premier ministre japonais Naoto Kan au Vietnam, et relatifs aux projets de centrale nucléaire, d'exploitation des terres rares...

Au nom des entreprises japonaises, Kato Susumu a affirmé que les trois premières phases de l'Initiative commune Vietnam-Japon avaient été bien déployées, contribuant à la promotion de l'investissement étranger, notamment japonais, au Vietnam. Actuellement, la 4e phase concerne, entre autres, l'électricité, la douane, la stabilisation de l'économie, la propriété intellectuelle, la sécurité alimentaire, le développement des infrastructures. Il a précisé que les trois domaines auxquels les entreprises japonaises souhaitent participer prochainement étaient la réforme des procédures douanières, la coopération PPP, les projets énergétiques et de ports maritimes.

M. Kato Susumu a été également reçu le même jour à Hanoi par Truong Tân Sang, membre du Bureau politique et permanent du secrétariat du Comité central du Parti communiste du Vietnam, qui a vivement apprécié les contributions actives du Comité économique Japon-Vietnam du Keidanren au renforcement des relations économiques, de commerce et d'investissement entre les deux pays.

La 4e phase de l'Initiative commune Vietnam-Japon

Le plan d'action de l'Initiative commune Vietnam-Japon a été signé le 1er juillet à Hanoi par le ministre vietnamien du Plan et de l'Investissement, Vo Hông Phuc ; et l'ambassadeur du Japon au Vietnam, Yasuaki Tanizaki, lors d'une réunion de haut rang du Comité mixte de l'Initiative commune Vietnam-Japon (4e phase).

Dans cette phase, les deux parties ont abordé six points dans divers domaines dont l'électricité, la douane, la stabilisation économique, la protection de la propriété intellectuelle, la sécurité alimentaire, le développement des infrastructures... Dans le processus de mise en oeuvre de cette phase, les spécialistes chargés des projets vont coopérer activement, proposer des plans d'actions plus concrets, échanger des expériences, informer de l'évolution des projets, résoudre les difficultés apparues... Il s'agit de domaines auxquels le gouvernement vietnamien s'intéresse toujours et pour lesquels il s'est efforcé d'appliquer des mesures afin d'améliorer l'environnement d'investissement et commercial.

L'Initiative commune Vietnam-Japon, qui a débuté en avril 2003 à l'initiative des Premiers ministres des deux pays, vise à améliorer l'environnement commercial et d'investissement de même que la compétitivité du Vietnam. Les résultats satisfaisants de ces dernières phases ont contribué à accélérer les investissements étrangers, dont ceux du Japon, au Vietnam.

The fourth phase of the Vietnam-Japan Joint Initiative
The action plan of the Vietnam-Japan Joint Initiative was signed on 1 July in Hanoi by the Vietnamese Minister of Planning and Investment, Vo Hong Phuc, and the Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam, Yasuaki Tanizaki, when a high-level meeting of the Board of the Vietnam-Japan Joint Initiative (fourth phase).
In this phase, the two sides discussed six points in various fields including electricity, customs, economic stabilization, protection of intellectual property, food security, infrastructure development ... In the process of implementation of this phase, the specialists in charge of the project will cooperate actively propose more concrete action plans, share experiences, inform them of project progress, resolve difficulties arising ... These are areas in which the Vietnamese government is still interested and for which he sought to implement measures to improve the investment environment and business.
The Vietnam-Japan Joint Initiative, which began in April 2003 at the initiative of Prime Ministers of both countries, aims to improve the business environment and investment as well as the competitiveness of Vietnam. The satisfactory results of these phases have contributed to accelerating foreign investment, including Japan, Vietnam.
